Biography

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as the eldest of three children, Sofia Ramirez grew up in a loving family that instilled in her a deep sense of responsibility and an ardent love for the sciences. She demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for mathematics and physics, earning her a scholarship to Starfleet Academy at 18. This early stage of her career was marred by the disastrous Oppenheimer Rift incident, a catastrophic event that resulted in the tragic loss of two crew members and irrevocably damaged her close friendship with Zelan Morro, then Ensign and Junior Science Officer. Aurora and subsequently to the U.S.S. Resolution, where she served commendably as the Executive Officer.
